Returns

Refunds:

We hope that you love your purchase from Heavy Petals but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please email us at sales@heavypetals.co.uk to discuss and approve your return. Please title your email 'Return' and add your 'order number' and 'name' so the team can quickly find your information.

Any returns will need to be approved within 30 days of the date your order is dispatched from our warehouse, unfortunately we cannot refund any goods received back without prior approval.

Please note that returns or exchanges outside the 30 day return window will not be accepted, refunded or mailed back. 

Any returned items must be received back in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and with the original tags and packaging.

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method only after the product has been received back, inspected and approved at our warehouse.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges:

Size Change

  • Please email us at sales@heavypetals.co.uk with your order number and the new size you would like.

  • Note that shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.  

Please use the size charts provided to try and find your ideal size for each product.

Faulty Items:

We do our best to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition but if a product is defective or damaged please email us within 7 business days with photos and details of the issues so we can help to resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect order:

If you have received the wrong product, we are very sorry. Please email us within 7 days so we can advise how to proceed.

Ineligible Returns & Exchanges:

  • The item has been worn or washed.

  • The item has been altered in any way.

  • The item does not have the original tags on it.

  • E-gift cards and sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Return shipping:

The cost of returns is the buyer’s responsibility except where items are faulty, and we have requested the faulty product be returned to us or the incorrect item has been sent. 

Original shipping charges are non- refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policies.
