Here at Heavy Petals we make everything to order especially for you!
This does means that it can take a few days for our products to reach you but we try our best to get them to you as fast as we can.
Most items are dispatched within 5 working days of the order being placed, you can see details of our shipping methods and approximate global transit times by region below.
UK
All UK orders are shipped fully tracked with proof of delivery from Royal Mail, EVRi or DPD, depending on the order.
Standard: 5-7 Working Days
Express: 3-5 Working Days
Mainland Europe:
We deliver to all European countries, with full tracking provided by Royal Mail (or DPD for larger orders over 0.7kg).
Standard International Tracked: 7-12 Working Days
Express Courier: 5-7 Working Days
United States:
All orders are shipped with USPS fully tracked (or DPD for larger orders over 0.7kg).
USPS Tracked: 5-7 Working Days
DPD Courier: 7-10 Working Days
Canada:
We deliver to Canada, with full tracking provided by Royal Mail (or DPD for larger orders over 0.7kg).
Standard International Tracked: 7-12 Working Days
Express Courier: 5-7 Working Days
Rest of the World:
All orders are shipped with full tracking provided by Royal Mail (or DPD for larger orders over 0.7kg).
Royal Mail Tracked: 7- 10 Working Days
DPD Courier:- 6- 12 Working Days
Tracking information:
Once your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification email, this will contain your tracking code. Please allow 48 hours for USPS tracking.
Important!:
Please ensure you add the correct delivery address to the order as unfortunately we can not be held responsible for any orders that are delayed, lost or can not be delivered due to the incorrect address being given.
All transit times above are approximate, shipping and production times maybe slower at busy times of the year such as Christmas.
Please note customers are responsible for any additional charges relating to tax and custom duties. We have no control over delays caused by customs and can not advise how long these delays will be.
We allow 10 working days for UK orders and 30 working days for international orders to arrive, please check your tracking number before contacting us after this time if your order has still not arrived or the tracking information has no update.
