Here at Heavy Petals we make everything to order especially for you!

This does means that it can take a few days for our products to reach you but we try our best to get them to you as fast as we can.  

Most items are dispatched within 5 -7 working days of the order being placed, you can see details of our shipping methods and approximate global transit times by region below.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been made, delivery times vary depending on where you're located as outlined in the table below.

 

US Shipping

• Standard Shipping for orders below $30: $5.99

• Standard Shipping for orders $30+: $8.99

• Free Shipping on all orders above $69.

• Please note shipping costs are not refundable. 

UK Shipping

• Standard Shipping for orders below £30: £4.50

• Standard Shipping for orders £30+: £5.99

• Free Shipping on all orders above £50.

• Please note shipping costs are not refundable. 

International Shipping

• Standard Shipping for orders $14.99

Tracking information:

Once your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification email, this will contain your tracking code. Please allow 48 hours for USPS tracking.

Important!:

Please ensure you add the correct delivery address to the order as unfortunately we can not be held responsible for any orders that are delayed, lost or can not be delivered due to the incorrect address being given.

All transit times above are approximate, shipping and production times maybe slower at busy times of the year such as Christmas.

Please note customers are responsible for any additional charges relating to tax and custom duties. We have no control over delays caused by customs and can not advise how long these delays will be.

We allow 14 working days for US and UK orders and 20 working days for international orders to arrive, please check your tracking number before contacting us after this time if your order has still not arrived or the tracking information has no update.
